Camsan Entegre MDF 2, Turkey

Camsan Entegre, which manufactures MDF in Turkey, has placed an order for a second MDF plant for its Adapazari location with Siempelkamp. The capacity of the existing HDF production is to be increased by another 1,000 m³ per day.


BÜTTNER will be supplying the entire energy and dryer section for the plant. The energy system will possess a total combustion capacity of around 65 MW and besides flue gases for the dryer will also be producing thermal oil to heat the presses and steam for the refiner.

The flash-tube fibre dryer sized 2.7 x 6.3/2 will be able to dry 43 tonnes of fibres per hour.
