Gutex, which manufactures insulating boards, will be increasing its production capacities and intends to replace the existing BÜTTNER fibre dryer with a model that performs even better.
BÜTTNER was commissioned at the LIGNA trade fair with the delivery of a new, larger fibre dryer.
The new dryer will be heated with exhaust gases from a gas engine and will also utilise the waste heat from this engine's cooling water through the use of a water / air heat exchanger.
It is also intended to use natural gas and (in future) flue gases from a biomass incinerator for heating.
BÜTTNER will be delivering this dryer ready for operation and will be realising the conversion within the shortest time possible in autumn 2013.
