Forte, a furniture manufacturer in Poland, is building a particleboard plant to supply its furniture production and has asked Siempelkamp to deliver the equipment.
Büttner has been commissioned directly to supply the flake drum dryer and the corresponding energy plant.
The drum dryer sized 5.6 x 28 R will achieve a throughput of 42 t/h flake material. The energy plant will have a total combustion capacity of 50 MW and, in addition to a 45 m² grate, will possess a granulate injection system and two dust burners and one gas burner. It will produce the flue gases for heating the dryer and the thermal oil for heating the press and the buildings.
In addition to the entire technical equipment for both process components, Büttner will also be responsible for installing the brick lining, the supporting steel construction and thermal insulation.
