The Canadian Forex company, which to date has manufactured LVL, intends to start the production of OSB boards and is building a new OSB plant at its location in Amos in Quebec.
Büttner has been commissioned with the delivery of the two drum dryers for the surface and middle layers, which are sized 5.0 x 24 R and 4.2 x 24 R and which possess a water-evaporating capacity of 19.0 and 13.5 t/h.
Büttner's scope of supply will, in addition to the mixing chambers and the drum dryers, also include the two separation cyclones along with all the piping, fans, dampers and airlocks as well as the electrical control for the two dryer units.
