Calag LCC is planning to build a production plant for fibreboards using rice straw at the Willows location in California and has commissioned Siempelkamp to supply the entire production plant.
Büttner will be providing the fibre dryer, which is to be heated with flue gases and a 20 MW Type BLB Büttner gas line burner and which will deliver a throughput of 32 tonnes of fibres per hour.
