Large sections of Kronostar Sharija's thermal oil heating plant 1 were severely damaged and partially destroyed by fire.
As a result of the Swiss Krono Group's good experiences in other factories, Büttner was commissioned with the delivery of a new higher-performance thermal-oil section.
In addition to the radiation section and the convection boilers, Büttner will also be supplying the induced-draught fans, the mixing chamber, the flue-gas cleaning unit, the new primary circulation system for thermal oil and the electrical control for the entire combustion system.
The combustion system's energy efficiency is at the same time to be significantly increased through the installation of an exhaust-air duct to the new Büttner flake dryer and the existing MDF dryer.
