Norbord Cowie II, Scotland

The wood-based-panels producer, Norbord Europe, is continuing the modernisation of the dryer section of its particleboard plant at its Cowie location in Scotland.


BÜTTNER has been commissioned with the delivery of a combustion chamber with integrated thermal-oil heating and a dust/gas combination burner.


The entire dryer section and the wet-flake conveyor is to be equipped with a new PLC and visualisation system at the same time.
