Dongwha, which produces wood materials in Vietnam, has commissioned Siempelkamp to supply its second MDF plant.
Büttner will be responsible for the energy-system and drying process sections. The 2.35 x 5.6/2 flash-tube fibre dryer has been designed to handle fibre-throughput capacities of up to 30 t/h. The required thermal energy will be supplied through a Büttner energy system that besides serving the dryer will also deliver steam and thermal oil to production.
It will possess a total combustion capacity of 47 MW that will be generated by the grate and two dust-fuelled modulating burners
