Yildiz Entegre, Turkey

Yildiz Entegre is one of the largest manufacturers of MDF in the world and has installed a total of four BÜTTNER fibre dryers at its main factory in Kartepe, Kocaeli, Turkey.

This customer has now requested BÜTTNER to convert the No. 2 fibre dryer, which is currently being indirectly heated with steam, so that it will be possible to heat it directly with waste gases from the turbines.

The work will include the re-integration of the existing burner and the utilisation of a constant flow of steam and condensate to pre-heat fresh air.

This order has been placed with BÜTTNER through GIM Export Group in Göttingen. The conversion and re-commissioning of the plant are planned for autumn 2015.
